Eric Firdman was born in Palo Alto, and raised in San Diego, Eric moved to Chicago in the mid-2000's and has embraced his indoctrination to the lifestyle and culture of this wonderful city. Eric has enjoyed living in the Bucktown, Edgewater, Gold Coast, Lakeview, Old Town, and the South Loop, and now currently resides in Roscoe Village. His extensive knowledge of Chicago and its surrounding neighborhoods makes pairing clients and their ideal home straightforward and painless.
Eric's love for real estate started when he was a young boy and his mother would drag him out to open houses. It didn't take long for him to develop the passion for architecture and detail that he shares today with his clients. When he isn't pounding the Chicago pavement, he enjoys travel, dinning, music, the outdoors, and cooking at home with his wife, Brett, and their dog, Morgan. Eric gives back to the community via the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation.
Providing the utmost in customer service is Eric's mission. He enjoys utilizing industry technology to go above and beyond for his clients while giving each of them an equal amount of care. Eric knows his clients and strives to better understand their expectations, personalities, and how he can most effectively go to bat for them to ensure their peace of mind throughout each transaction.
